FAQ’s & Policies

  • We kindly ask all participants to arrive on time so you can fully enjoy the experience from the beginning.

    Workshops start promptly at the scheduled time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will not be able to join the session. This is because key instructions and demonstrations happen at the start, and late entry can disrupt the flow of the group.

    Please note that late arrivals over 15 minutes are considered a missed booking and are non-refundable.

  • All workshop bookings are non-refundable.

  • Yes. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking value to another Arte e Alegria workshop as long as you notify us at least 24 hours before the event.

    If notice is given less than 24 hours before the workshop, we are unable to offer a transfer or credit.

  • Yes, you are welcome to transfer your spot to a friend or family member. Please let us know in advance so we can update our attendee list.

  • If you miss your workshop or arrive more than 15 minutes late, it is considered a no-show and cannot be refunded or transferred.

  • Our workshops are carefully prepared in advance with materials, setup, and instructor planning. These guidelines help us respect the time of our facilitators, venues, and other participants, and ensure everyone has the best possible experience.
